Bylaws Revision Committee (ARSC)

The Bylaws Committee is an ad-hoc committee called into active being when deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors. It does not meet regularly and is at present represented only by the Chair. Since the last major revision of the Bylaws in 1983, the Committee Chair has functioned in an advisory capacity when called upon by the Board of Directors to draft language for proposed minor amendments to be considered by the Board prior to submission to the members.
