Exhibit space is available at the Radisson Hotel for vendors to showcase their products and services to an audience of archivists, collectors and historians. Exhibit space is $100 per day and is available Thursday May 9th and Friday May 10th. There will be no exhibits on Saturday, May 11 when conference sessions will be held at UCSB. Exhibit space is in the Gazebo, a room adjacent to El Cabrillo, where sessions will be held. Conference goers will be able to visit your exhibit during coffee breaks and at other times throughout the conference, a partition separates the rooms, so you will be able to use sound equipment if needed.
The Gazebo is 500 square feet and each vendor will receive sufficient area to set up a table or display. Amenities such as telephone hookups for internet access are available at an additional cost.
