Travel and Weather Information
Travel by Air:
The nearest major airport to the Rochester Radisson is ROC. ROC is a mid-sized airport serviced by Air Canada, AirTran, American, Continental, Delta, Jet Blue, United and US Airways.

Limousine & Shuttle Service:
The Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Use the hotel courtesy phone on the lower level near baggage claim, or call 585-475-1910.
Rental Cars:
Most of the major car rental companies operate from ROC’s property, including Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Thrifty (Alamo has a shuttle to its offsite location).
From the airport, it is approximately 10-12 minutes to arrive at the Radisson. There are two routes to get there, depending on whether you prefer the highway or local streets. For a primarily highway route, exit right from the airport loop onto Brooks Ave. (Rte. 204). Cross over the highway and turn left to access I-390 North. Take exit 20A for I-490 East. Continue about 3 miles, and take the lefthand exit 13 (Downtown). This exit will split, and you want to stay right and continue on to Allen St. At the end of Allen St., turn right on Plymouth Ave.; continue two blocks and turn left onto West Main St. Immediately after you cross the Genesee River, the Radisson with be on your left.
For a more direct route that takes you via local streets, exit right from the airport loop onto Brooks Ave. (Rte. 204). In approximately 1.5 miles Brooks ends and merges into Plymouth Ave. (Rte. 383, immediately after crossing Genesee St.). Continue to the end of Plymouth, and turn right onto Ford St. Take an immediate left onto Exchange Blvd., which parallels the Genesee River. In approximately 1 mile, turn right on Main St. Immediately after you cross the Genesee River, the Radisson with be on your left.
Travel by Train
Rochester is serviced by Amtrak. As with the airport, the Radisson provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station.

Parking:
The Hotel is offering complimentary garage parking to all ARSC attendees; all others may park at the Radisson’s attached garage for the conference day rate of $7.00 (plus taxes).
Weather
