ARSC Journal Back Issues

Albert Levering. Ca. 1910. Jack Kapp Collection, Recorded Sound The ARSC Journal (ISSN 0004-5438) is a semi-annual, peer reviewed publication that serves to document the history of sound recording and includes original articles on many aspects of research and preservation: biography; cataloging; copyright law; current research; discography; technical aspects of sound restoration, etc., etc. Selected ARSC conference papers are a regular feature. The journal also includes book, CD-ROM and sound recording reviews, and publishes a running bibliography of articles appearing in other specialist publications and of related interest. A print copy of the ARSC Journal is mailed to all current ARSC members as a benefit of membership.

Most print back issues can be purchased using our Publications Order Form. Prices range from $5.00 to $25.00.
